Once the flowers arrive at Lyo Studio, our meticulous preservation process begins. We rejuvenate their freshness using the right mediums, carefully pre-process them to maintain cell structure, and preserve them in the Lyo Florals (Lyophilizer) freeze-dryer. Post-processing ensures protection against environmental factors, followed by refining and embellishing the flowers to create beautifully designed products.

Signature Gifts: We create thoughtfully designed gifts for every special day and occasion, with a curated collection readily available in our gallery for customers to explore and pick directly.. We craft signature gifts for:

 

  • Personal Events: Birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Anniversaries, and other special occasions.
  • Family Events: Religious ceremonies, housewarming celebrations, festive gifting, and more.
  • Social events – Greeting friends, teachers, celebrities, retirement. Award functions.
  • Official events – Stage events, sports &games events, official events.

Personalized Gifts: We craft unique gifts using preserved flowers, customized to customers’ preferences, featuring special messages, logos, photographs, or cherished collections.

Bonding Memento: We preserve bonding flowers such as wedding garlands, bouquets, and petals from weddings, Valentine’s, or other special occasions. These preserved blooms are elegantly mounted in high quality frames, glass or acrylic domes, cases for external protection and eternal beauty.

How do we care for your bonding flowers?

Prior to wedding event, we remind you to safeguard garlands or other bonding flowers. 

It is necessary to place flowers in the right box with frozen silica gel to retain the freshness of flowers, and overlay material that can absorb excess moisture

Once the flower reaches our destination, we safeguard and prepare flowers for loading in  Freeze dryer 

Our main commitment to the customer is quality. Every flower and each piece of foliage will receive individual care and attention from start to finish.

We ensure you give the best quality workmanship to display preserved garland and  bouquet is in a 3D box frame of according to customers choice. Incase any customers opts for resin encapsulation, we pick the best flowers to create memory. The complete process will take minimum 5-6 weeks based on the details required.

 

This is how process works

Step 1: To extend life of bonding flowers, we educate customer to send flowers fresh for freeze-drying preservation. If partially or completely dried flowers reach us, where it is beyond the state of refreshing, we suggest customers opt for Resin process.

Step 2: We discuss with the customer on processing time and design details. On obtaining approval, we expect the customer to deposit 70% of the preservation cost as advance.

Step 3: We commence freeze drying process with the best quality of flowers or flower petals. Based on the choice of flowers, we pre-treat and process at -27 to -30degree.

Step 4: The drying process takes a minimum period of 2 weeks. We post-treat flowers to prolong the life for years.  When they are ready for mounting in a frame, we’ll schedule a meeting with customer to finalize concept design that may include photographs, names and accessories.

Step 5: If needed, we offer design refinement sessions for extra support.

Step 6: Finally, we hand-craft the work for best quality, that may take 3-4 weeks based on intricacy of  design.

How Do We Work:

Schedule a consultation to discuss your flower preservation needs and preferences at least 2-4 weeks in advance for wedding flowers and Varmala. This initial meeting ensures we get prepared to keep our Lyo Flora equipment ready for processing fresh garlands and bouquets. Our team will guide you through the proper care and handling of fresh flowers before arrive to our studio. And, also the flower preservation process, explaining each step and the services we offer. We’ll also provide information on preparation, timelines, and what to expect.

Choose from our various preservation packages or customize your own to fit your budget and needs. Once you’ve selected your package, complete the booking process by providing required details and making advance payment of 70 percent of the cost through online Bank or UPI service.

Carefully package and deliver or mail your flowers to our studio, ensuring they’re handled with care. Please follow our provided guidelines for preparation and shipping to guarantee the best preservation results.

We customize design is tailored to the customers preferences and vision. Our team will create a custom concept design for your preserved flowers, taking into account your preferences and vision. We’ll provide a digital mockup for your approval before proceeding with the protection process.

We’ll provide you with an estimated delivery time for your preserved flowers, ensuring you know when to expect your beautiful keepsake. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the preservation, protection and designing process.

We take great care in packaging your preserved flowers to ensure safe transportation and handling. Our packaging materials are designed to protect your delicate keepsake.

  2. Delivery Areas: We deliver to Hyderabad city customers through local porter service and to other state and countries through DHL, FedEx, or BlueDart.
  3. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on location, but we aim to deliver within minimum time.
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on factors, e.g., weight, size, location
  5. Tracking and Insurance: We provide tracking information and offer insurance options for an additional fee as per courier service providers.
  1. Introduction: We understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds are necessary.
  2. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your booking before the scheduled delivery, we charge a 30% as cancellation fee, if we have not commenced processing of flowers.
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds are issued within 2 weeks of cancellation or delivery, minus any applicable fees.
  4. Exceptions: No refunds or cancellations are accepted for customer’s custom orders, where time for delivery was advanced.
  5.
